Use your teacher access code to login. Select the student you want to record progress for from the student tabs. Each student has their own progress tracking interface.
Click Sabak, Sabaq Para, or Dhor buttons to record daily progress. Enter the amount (lines for Sabak, verses/Juz for others) and select grade quality (Excellent, Good, Okay, Poor).
Mark students as "Absent" for non-attendance or "Did Not Give" for students present but unable to recite. The calendar will reflect these with appropriate color indicators.
When recording Sabak, use pause options to temporarily halt Dhor, Juz Dhor, or Sabaq Para progression based on student needs and learning pace.
Export detailed PDF reports featuring mosque branding, student progress summaries, and comprehensive analytics for parents and administration.
Use the unique access code provided by the school to login and view your child's daily progress. Each student has their own secure access portal.
Check today's progress showing Sabak (new lesson), Sabaq Para (previous lessons), and Dhor (revision) with grades and completion status.
Click "Mark as Checked" to confirm you've reviewed your child's daily progress. This provides feedback to teachers about parental engagement.
Use the calendar interface to review historical progress. Colour-coded dots indicate performance: green (excellent), purple (good), orange (okay), red (poor).
